we're all beautiful - help

someone tell me anything so that i won't eat.
i'm making my little sister some mac and cheese and i'm so very tempted to eat.
i'm not hungry, just i want it in my mouth. :x
tell me something to stop me before the mac and cheese is done cooking.!!!!!
