I did good. only like 90 something calories!
Well, i lost 3lbs yesterday, that too makes me really happy.
But I am seriously killing myself, i do 400-800 crunches and 250 pushups.
I am seriously getting really tired of it, but only 2 more days and i'll be 97-100lbs.
Then i got back to school to look perfectly thiiin!
Right now i am currently: 106lbs
I started as 109lbs(yesterday)
I am going for 95lbs.
I will do it! I can do it!

Umm, well ana, is just a short name for anorexia so that other ppl won't know either.
but anyway, umm, some tips??
lets see, well there are seriously no rules for trying to be anorexic. Or not to me, all i do, is try not eat every day but if i do, i purge it (throw up.)
i am both anorexic and bulimic.
if that makes sence.
i go for 5 day fast (not eating) and if i do, i eat less than 100 or 50 calories. Then i do a lot of exercise to lose those cals i ate. umm, other than that, that is basically the way i try to lose weight.
i know when you start out people start giving up a bunch. but then like after 3-4 months(like me) you start to feel so depressed. idk, i would not suggest for you to try this eating disorder in order to lose weight, but everyone falls in it, and even though others try to tell you to try to eat "healthy" it doesn't work as fast.

i was told by a doctor i was
ana but i dont get it
b/c i weigh like 130 ?
i cant purge b/c i have braces
and im a rlly heath freak about my teeth.
And where i live there is rlly nobody to talk to
so i feel rlly alone that is why i joined the site.you rlly did help me thanks

because if the doctor said that you were ana, then he would tell your parents or guardians.
it doesn't really matter if you are 130 or 40lbs.
being anorexic is a mental disorder too. that you are so freaked about eating and cals and all of that stuff.
but umm, ya also if he said you were ana he would have a therapist say so, doctors just look at your weight and height and tell you if you need treatments.
but anyway. well do you have any other questions??
you can ask me all you want, i know how you feel, i bet everyone in this site does. no one really understand ppl with eds because they think we do it for attention.

i had bad things happen to me
when i was unger so that why they say
im they way i am
but i like who i am
im lossing weight and i feel great about it
im doin the 2468 diet and only eat
fruits and veggys

yea i rlly want to 90 lbs by april .
do you have anything rlly good that i could do

ummm, well...when i do eat, i eat green beans with butter and garlic salt.
also, you should try to always be moving.
like i even move my legs when i'm sitting.
i'm pretty sure i burn cals from moving so much.
also, try to be active and go for walks, walk your dog(if you have one lol) run in between when you are walking.
when you are watching tv just try doing some bicycle crunches or try to do wall sits, or squat for like a minute and then do it again.
idk, i go crazy when it comes to losing weight.
i just try to do everything possible to burn the darn cals. eat celery when you are craving something because although it has like 3 cals, you burn them when you are chewing it.
or carrots.

yea im always moving im rlly hyper
my puppy is to small to walk
but i play with my nephew everyday outside :)
