new DIET

No, i'm not starving (completely) this time. I'm only going to eat 3 times a day and just something the size of my fist.
I want to keep my metabolism going and i don't want to faint from long fast. I'm here to show girls that YOU DON'T HAVE TO FEEL BAD BECAUSE YOU ATE SOMETHING LITTLE. I'VE BEEN THERE AND I'M SLOWLY GETTING OUT. i can be skinny and loose alot of weight with this diet, because i've done this diet before.

New Diet:

Only water & antioxidant teas
3 meals a day (fist size)
and i'm veggie so of course no meat
and ONLY VEGGIES and some fruits.

ahh i'm a veggie too :D

i'm trying to diet too and i was thinking of doing something like that. like eat a few times a day with one cup portions, someone told me that once, that it's good. and i know raw fruits and veggies are always best!
