    <content type="html">No, i'm not starving (completely) this time. I'm only going to eat 3 times a day and just something the size of my fist. &lt;br /&gt;I want to keep my metabolism going and i don't want to faint from long fast. I'm here to show girls that YOU DON'T HAVE TO FEEL BAD BECAUSE YOU ATE SOMETHING LITTLE. I'VE BEEN THERE AND I'M SLOWLY GETTING OUT. i can be skinny and loose alot of weight with this diet, because i've done this diet before.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;New Diet:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Only water &amp;amp; antioxidant teas&lt;br /&gt;3 meals a day (fist size)&lt;br /&gt;and i'm veggie so of course no meat &lt;br /&gt;and ONLY&amp;nbsp;VEGGIES and some fruits.</content>

    <content type="html">I've heard about the liquid fast, but i'm not quite sure what i can or can't drink.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I haven't drank soda in like 6 months and i'm not planning of it.&lt;br /&gt;also, i don't want to drink anything with many cals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;anyone know what drinks are good that won't make you fat??</content>

    <content type="html">&lt;strong&gt;I did good. only like&amp;nbsp;90 something calories!&lt;br /&gt;Well, i lost 3lbs yesterday, that too makes me really happy.&lt;br /&gt;But&amp;nbsp;I am seriously killing myself, i do 400-800 crunches&amp;nbsp; and 250 pushups.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;I am seriously getting really tired of it, but only 2 more days&amp;nbsp;and i'll be 97-100lbs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;Then i got back to school to&amp;nbsp;look perfectly thiiin!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Right now i am currently: 106lbs&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;nbsp;started as 109lbs(yesterday)&lt;br /&gt;I am going for 95lbs.&lt;br /&gt;I will do it! I can do it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;</content>
