  <description>No, i&apos;m not starving (completely) this time. I&apos;m only going to eat 3 times a day and just something the size of my fist. &lt;br /&gt;I want to keep my metabolism going and i don&apos;t want to faint from long fast. I&apos;m here to show girls that YOU DON&apos;T HAVE TO FEEL BAD BECAUSE YOU ATE SOMETHING LITTLE. I&apos;VE BEEN THERE AND I&apos;M SLOWLY GETTING OUT. i can be skinny and loose alot of weight with this diet, because i&apos;ve done this diet before.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;New Diet:&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Only water &amp;amp; antioxidant teas&lt;br /&gt;3 meals a day (fist size)&lt;br /&gt;and i&apos;m veggie so of course no meat &lt;br /&gt;and ONLY&amp;nbsp;VEGGIES and some fruits.</description>

  <description>I&apos;ve heard about the liquid fast, but i&apos;m not quite sure what i can or can&apos;t drink.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I haven&apos;t drank soda in like 6 months and i&apos;m not planning of it.&lt;br /&gt;also, i don&apos;t want to drink anything with many cals.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;anyone know what drinks are good that won&apos;t make you fat??</description>

  <description>&lt;strong&gt;I did good. only like&amp;nbsp;90 something calories!&lt;br /&gt;Well, i lost 3lbs yesterday, that too makes me really happy.&lt;br /&gt;But&amp;nbsp;I am seriously killing myself, i do 400-800 crunches&amp;nbsp; and 250 pushups.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;I am seriously getting really tired of it, but only 2 more days&amp;nbsp;and i&apos;ll be 97-100lbs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;br /&gt;Then i got back to school to&amp;nbsp;look perfectly thiiin!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Right now i am currently: 106lbs&lt;br /&gt;I&amp;nbsp;started as 109lbs(yesterday)&lt;br /&gt;I am going for 95lbs.&lt;br /&gt;I will do it! I can do it!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/strong&gt;</description>
